[Blind-sysadmins] off topic, sorry need advice?

hello group: sorry for these topics but I need your opinion. how's ICDL accessibility and support for the blinds and jaws? in Egypt companies need this certification like my ID card, so I should make it but how? it not accessible is it the same in your country? or have solve? thanks very much. ibraam.
