Hello, If anyone works with this I'd appreciate a podcast! I am going to try it, but won't have time until either this weekend late or early next week, but am very interested. Thanks. Dave. On 3/20/12, Mgr. Janusz Chmiel <chmiel@deep.cz> wrote:
Dear Darak,
The authors of this projects are concentrated around The rebootpro WEB site. I have triing to found The best awailable live PE projects usable by visually impaired users.
I have found out, that You can add USB headsets sound drivers to The drivers folder previously created on A USB stick.
MR Amalux is doing his best to support NVDA on his all XP and Windows7 PE based live projects. I have even found The way, how user can use add or remove control panel applets on The live XP host operating system while running live XPE PE based project.
The issue is, that list of installed programs and all user interface buttons of The add or remove programs dialog box are not accessible by NVDA or other screen reader. I AM starting to develope a mechanishm, which would enable even to start WIndows installer service on The remote host to even remove or repair or modifi programs, which have been installed to The XP host by using Microsoft Windows installer service.
My finish goal is to implement system restore feature while using restore points of The XP host.
I will inform YOu about The results.
Ccleaner in portable mode enable users to wiev and remove installed programs of The XP host from live XP PE environment.

Do not forget, that WIndows8 will include function to store installed operating system usable on USB stick, but i think, that live PE based projects will have a sense also when Microsoft will release this feature. Microsoft Windows to GO. But this will be never released for Windows XP.
Here is special utility, which is using previously saved Windows registry files to The system volume information folder by using system restore feature. Executable will enable You to restore Windows registry files of XP host while using live XP PE environment.
