Hi, Yep, its similar to how NVDA works on Windows 8.1. Server Manager is a bit of a bind to use, I can use it but with review cursor. You can do all you need with the Powershell. As soon as you can, install RSAT tools on your local machine and administer the server remotely using the tools and your desktop. I believe MDaemon has a similar remote admin tool as well.
