Hi, I used to do this with ISA Server and Websense, but may be out of budget as it is quite expensive? We moved to a Linux solution called Bloxx - this works on a Linux appliance platform. Wingate will do this and used to be accessible, may be cheaper. Thanks. Basically block everything going out from anything other than the server except port 80 and 443 and give me a report on the web usage at the end of every month. Certain sites should have warning notices on them that allow users to visit them but warn them that their usage is being monitored.
