Hi David,
If my memory serves me correctly, the sound was enabled by default. Thus when you connect via teamviwer it should allow for NVDA to pass through.
Thanks,
Billy

Hi,
I've been there myself. What I did is use RDP where possible and either load JAWS as some of the others have stated or use NVDA with Teamviewer.
Thanks,
Billy

Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] remote work with jaws Hello,
I'm assigned a help desk that I'm with. One of there tasks is to remotely inspect and troubleshoot machines. I'm assuming they do this via remote desktop or similar? They use cisco equipment for networking if that matters. They're running win7 on all there workstations. My workstation runs win7 as well and jaws17. I am wondering if I can do the remote work? I've not had to do remote in the past, I don't see how without something on the other end of the connection, which I do not have.
Suggestions welcome.
Thanks. Dave.
