Yeah, I don't find the namecheap site particularly accessible. I use firefox with orca so my results may be a little different than others using jaws. I've been to dyndns.com, ezdns.com, zoneedit.com, and namecheap.com. None of them are really good but I'd say dyndns was the best up to the point where they had a captcha to create an account. If it hadn't been for that captcha, I probably would have just gone with dyndns.com. There is a linux package to talk to dyndns. It looks as if dynamic dns is easy enough to configure anyway so it probably doesn't matter much which registrar I go with in terms of configuring my linux box. I also use namecheap but I hate the site. I buy all my domains there, then change the name servers over to my Linode so I have more control.
Cheers, Ben.

Anybody have a recommendation for a doman name registrar that provides dynamic dns and has good accessibility.
