Hi Isaac, Yes thanks to UEFI its pretty difficult to start from a USB stick or other media. what i have to do as well next time i have a sighted person over here is set the UEFI to legacy mode and to enable USB boot. I guess there is also no other option than to get someone sighted to go through the settings of UEFI. Though i don't know if there is some other options to get things booting that way.
