You only need the dynamips program only. Below is the scripts I use: The below script runs the simulator. cd /tmp ; sudo /Applications/Dynagen/dynamips -H 7200 The below script launches the config: sudo /Applications/Dynagen/Dynagen.app/Contents/Resources/dynagen $1 You have to run them in that order. The 1st script will run in its own window. the 2nd script runs in its own terminal window. The program runs on a Mac and windows. You run a virtual machine first. Then you load the configuration that you build. You build the configuration in a text file that flinks the switches and routers together. Once the config is loaded, you connect to the switch or router via a telnet session. It can simulate frame relay. Basically all it allows you to do is to configure the frame-relay on the router and passes the relevant info to the other router. Be aware, you do not get full switch functionality but do get all router functionality at a CCNA and CCNP level. People have done their CCIE with this solution.
Once you find the application, I can provide sample configs. But cannot provide the images to run.
