[Blind-sysadmins] Filling in a pDF form

I am looking for a recommendation on the best way to fill out a PDF form. I'm a Linux guy and what I usually do when I get a PDF document is to convert it to plain text. But I have this form I have to fill out and send back. I have access to Linux, Windows, Mac, and IOS. I tried just clicking on it in all 4 systems but what I got was either inaccessible or wouldn't let me make changes. - John G. Heim, jheim@math.wisc.edu 608-263-4189
