You just "might" be able to provide tech support to those who get Window-Eyes through the Microsoft Office 2010/2013 download agreement, where tech support is not included with the Window-Eyes product. Ai Squared, the makers of Window-Eyes (previously created by GW Micro which merged with Ai Squared) charges for tech support for those customers. That said, they have a pretty active support group where users provide free help all the time. So, I don't think I would put forth the effort to go through all the effort it would take to market your tech support services when your end result would likely be either very little income, if any at all. Now, if you want to become a vender with your state's department of rehab / services for the blind / or whatever your state calls their voc rehab services for the blind as a vender to teach AT, then that might be a possibility. Yet, that takes a lot of work to learn the various AT software programs, marketing yourself, becoming a vender for that agency, and probably the most important thing...being able to teach. Just because you are an expert at AT and computers does not mean you are a good teacher. One of my former employers told me (who I have a great deal of respect for): they have people with BS and Masters degrees, certifications in various AT products, etc. who apply for work there all the time; however, it is rare they ever hire them because they can't teach. They told me they almost rather have someone who can teach but doesn't know AT because they can be taught AT; but you really can't teach someone to teach. Best wishes.
