[Blind-sysadmins] Windows 10 IoT Enterprise

Greetings, Has anybody had an opportunity to work with Windows 10 IoT Enterprise version? I am about to purchase an appliance that has Win. 10 IoT Enterprise with another video surveillance application on top of it. Of course, as always, my concern if I will be able to install either JAWS or NVDA screen reader to complete configuration. Here is what I found on the Microsoft website, and it seems to be promising but who knows... "*Note that Windows 10 IoT Enterprise is a binary equivalent to Windows 10 Enterprise" Any ideas? Thank you
