My compnay is losing it's vmware sysadmin to greener pastures elsewhere. I'd like to take over his duties. I'd like to give my boss a detailed plan for how I'll learn enough about vmware to do that. Any suggestions for how I can go about getting formal vmware training? My company would probably be willing to send me somewhere if they thought it would be worth it. -- Todd
