[Blind-sysadmins] Project management solutions

What project management solutions do you use? I've previously used Jira (which is not very blind friendly) and Redmine (which is better but still not ideal). what I am looking for is a blind friendly web-based solution that also has a good web service API that could potentially be scripted at some point. I'm also looking for something that is flexible enough to fit into different work flow styles. I typically prefer an agile approach, but it's most likely adapted to a specific team or group.
