[Blind-sysadmins] Talking multimeter

Hello, Is anyone using a talking multimeter? If so what do you think of it and what do you use it for? I'm needing to get one, my primary use case is in testing pc power supplies to determine if they have died though I will probably find other uses in the future. Access wise I use an android phone so if the talking multimeter has an app that would be a plus. Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks. Dave.
