[Blind-sysadmins] Narrator in WinPE Windows 10 build 1703

Hi all, I'm trying to find the documentation for this. I'm trying to find the WinPE documentation for how to get Narrator going inside of it so that I can create a reference image of Windos 10 and Windows 2016 Server as well. They mention it in the change log for the Creators update, but then it seems that we're in the dark about the procedure on how to do it. Especially when Windows SIM and Image designer are in the mix.
