Hi: In general the process should be straight forward. Mount the Server 2016 ISO image, run setup.exe and follow the prompts. You will run into a situation where you'll need to reboot, and when the system comes back up the audio service may not be running, I forget if that setting is preserved. However, assuming it does come up with the audio service running, you can launch Narrator and complete setup. You'll then need to reinstall your primary screen reader, and you're done. Note that while I know it requires sighted assistance, I still think that for a production server its not a good idea to do an in place upgrade as sometimes the installer doesn't do a good job of cleaning up the old operating system. However, if that isn't an option this should work.
