[Blind-sysadmins] Getting other Pes to talk?

Hello, Aside from the talking win7 and win10 PE environments has anyone got any other Pes' to talk? I'm thinking specifically the gui that Macrium Reflect makes when you make a recovery image and write that to a thumb drive. I'd love to get audio going as well as NVDA in that environment. Thanks.
