Hi David,
Will your company allow you to perform a silent/remote installation of JAWS
on the workstation that you are checking? I used to use that capability a
number of years ago. I am not sure the network install flags are still
valid but you can always check with Freedom Scientific.

Subject: [Blind-sysadmins] remote work with jaws
Hello,
I'm assigned a help desk that I'm with. One of there tasks is to remotely
inspect and troubleshoot machines. I'm assuming they do this via remote
desktop or similar? They use cisco equipment for networking if that matters.
They're running win7 on all there workstations. My workstation runs win7 as
well and jaws17. I am wondering if I can do the remote work? I've not had to
do remote in the past, I don't see how without something on the other end of
the connection, which I do not have.
Suggestions welcome.
Thanks.
Dave.
