Hi, To finish off this thread and say thanks to everyone who tried to help. The router just wasn’t accepting any attempts to access it’s Web UI. I ended up resetting it. It’s only a home router but still it’s nerve wrecking not having access to it, and not knowing therefore if someone else does… The IOS Asus app is indeed very accessible now, and I can say that it was a dream enabling FTP for the USB Network disk through the IOS App than it ever was through the Web UI. Cheers, Barry.

If the router supports OpenWRT, you could install that firmware and then configure everything via a Web interface or with an ssh connection on the command line.

Hi all,
I keep getting this message, "This AiCloud account has been locked. “
Wired and wireless connections are working fine, I just can’t even get to the authentication page and need to admin this router. Initial online searches seem to suggest something about WAN http Vs https connections. Trying either or with the Gateway address, and several Asus aliases aren’t loading the admin page.
Any suggestions? Resetting the router and setting it back up is very much a last resort….
