[Blind-sysadmins] script to to turn on windows narrator audio

Hi. How do you turn on audio services, when you are blind. And have tried command prompts but not turned it on. So do you then need some one to remote in and turn it on. This is for windows server 2012 r2, and 2019. Any ideas. Thanks.
