Still haven't found it, but I do have more informatioin on the hardware on the network there. The cable modem is an ancient Scientific Atlanta (now Cisco) DPC2100. The copyright on the manual is 2003, so it's got to be old. I'm thinking of having it replaced with an ARRIS SB6141. Does anyone know anything about this one, such as, can it be re-flashed with third-party firmware?
The router is another oldie, the Linksys E2500.
The Wireshark output is just horrendous. I'm still trying to process it all.
