There’s MicroSIP (http://microsip.org <http://microsip.org/>). Most of the program works with NVDA. To get to the accounts dialog press CTRL+m, CTRL+p is preferences and ctrl+q quits the program. It doesn’t do Wideband Opus at 48K though. Blink for Mac is your best option for that, it seems… Bill

there is also phoner lite as well which i guess is accessible as well. its just a cut down version just containing the sip parts and the basic features. both programs are free.
