Thanks also for link to CAVI, but it seems they have nothing what I could use, apart from courses, they could offer paid access to some software tools for individual use if they have some. Unfortunately, Packet Tracer is completely inaccessible. If you rely on a screen reader, you can pretty much forget about using it, unless you have very good sighted assistance. I know this sounds harsh, but it's the unfortunate truth. As far as alternatives are concerned, I found the same as you. In other words, there don't seem to be any easy to use alternatives. I'd say that your best bet is going to be to get a hold of some actual Cisco equipment, if possible. You may not have access to enough equipment to do all labs, but some is certainly better than none.
