[Blind-sysadmins] active directory logon hours dialog accessibility

Hello, Setting up new users in an active directory domain i want to give them specific amounts of hours they can log on. The issue is the logon matrix is not accessible, has anyone got a workaround with this issue? Thanks. Dave.
