[Blind-sysadmins] RDP with speech?

All, I've got a couple of MSWindows boxes to talk to over RDP. I come from the linux world where other methods are standard but those methods aren't available for this project. I see that NVDA has an RDP plugin, but is that the way to go? Is there a solution that is more linux focused? Thanks in advance! --Will
