Darragh: Not sure if this is what you're looking for as these aren't proxies as much as devices that sit in front of the router and handle traffic that way, but we currently use a product called Sentry from Symtec http://www.cymtec.com/cymtec-sentry.html In the past we've also used the Smartfilter software, now owned by Mcafee http://www.mcafee.com/us/enterprise/products/email_and_web_security/web/smar... The Sentry works pretty well, it does a lot more than web filtering so again may not be what you want. The block lists in the two products are actually the exact same as well.
