Andrew, Wso far I haven't had any problems with activations, at home or at work. I am currently rebuilding two computers at home and we will see how FS acts. Greg B. Greg L. I normally request a reset around twice per year, but this time I had an issue where I upgraded the RAM in my laptop, causing me to have to activate again, then this weekend I tried to install Vista, activated, and had a driver crash which meant reinstalling. I did get the activation count reset, but I got a message stating that they have noticed that I had to have the account reset a few times, and to contact support if this continued happening. I am frankly unhappy with the current activation process, and wonder if anyone has got FS to work round it in their situation? At work its even worse since due to the license type I was given I only have one activation, which means that if I need to reinstall I am going to have to reset it afterwards. Thanks. Andrew. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org http://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/mailman/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
