[Blind-sysadmins] Office 365 outlook for desktop is out of focus when starting it with JAWS, NVDA or Narrator.

Office 365 outlook for desktop is out of focus when starting it with JAWS, NVDA or Narrator. Is that normal behavior? I believe it used to always start in the messages pane. Now I have to alt tab to bring it to focus. Is it acting the same way in standard office 2019 apps as well?
