We have system center through BizSpark, so in terms of a single point of contact, we tend to hunt down allies in our area, plus those we can get on social media, but that's pretty much it. -----Original Message----- From: Blind-sysadmins [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of Ryan Shugart Sent: Tuesday, January 19, 2016 11:07 PM To: Blind sysadmins list <blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org> Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] some good news around System Center Configuration Manager Katherine: Really your first point of contact for this should be your Microsoft TAM for your account. That’s how I started and that’s how I got introduced to the right people. If that doesn’t work for you, as you explore SCCM and find issues, I’d use Microsoft Connect to open accessibility bugs, and if you want to let me know when you open them I can flag them as well, that’s what I’ve been asked to do myself. I assume you’re still new to the SCCM world, what kind of training do you have with it at this point? Accessibility issues aside it can be a really complex product to learn. That is brilliant! We're on for 2016 deployments, so ... yeah. This is going to be fun. Would you mind sharing any contact info you have for anyone on that team so that we can drop feedback to them as well?

Hi: For those of you who have access to the Configuration Manager tech previews, download the 1512 build and give it a go with a screen reader. Microsoft has fixed the issue where quite a few of the list views throughout the product are inaccessible in that a screen reader doesn’t announce anything when using the arrow keys. All the list views I have tried work properly although there may be some that are still broken, I obviously couldn’t test in production. However, I did look at the screens that were causing the most issues in production and know those are fixed. Microsoft says they’ll be working on the ribbon next, although I can’t say when this work will be completed, so keep watching the tech previews.
