Hi. Okay, got a few databases, .mdf. for school projects. Now when I try to create a database in sql management studio, and put in a name, says for example AdventureWorks2014. Says database is empty. Also like for example trying to attatch the Adventure Works 2014, but says it could not be attatched, and does not give me a reason why. Also when I try to then restore the AdventureWorks2014 database. Says it could not be restored, and does not say why. Also when I try to use the import / export wizard should I use the 64. Did try the 64 bit import. But does not bring up the tables, and does not import the database, AdventureWorks2014, and gives no error messages. So any ideas. Do I need to repair sql management studio. Any ideas. And had to install or repair sql management studio 2017 and also sql server 2017, when I upgraded to windows 10 1803 64 bit and using jaws 2018.1085.33 64 bit. So has any one run into this issue. And have the same issues, and yes, tried the t-sql, and would not do that either. Kept giving me an error.
