Hi, By default the spam checker doesn't bin messages in Office 365, but it puts them in the junk folder by setting the SCL on the message. Are you able to give more info about the domain that is having an issue, as it may not be spam related. I've checked Junk and Clutter, so I thought the next step would be to whitelist their domain. I've read several places that I need to log in to Office 365, go to Admin, go to Exchange, go to Mail Flow, click Bypass Spam and there should be an option to select Whitelist domains. I can't see Mail Flow anywhere I've looked. I can see Mail Protection but this is just showing me the number of mails received and number of mails filtered in variables such as 7, 30 das etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction for where I should be looking for mail flow? Thanks, Barry. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
