[Blind-sysadmins] Vmware workstation 6.5

Hello, Is anyone using vmware workstation 6.5 with jfw? I was running vmware server on an xp pro machine with vm's inside that, and jfw scripts on the host, now i'm having to switch to workstation 6.5. My first question is are any scripts or other configuration files needed for workstation? Second issue, when i installed a vm on first boot of the vm after the operating system was installed workstation went right in to the vm, i didn't have to hit control g or anything. This was not wanted and getting out with control+alt didn't work, mouse moving trial and error finally got me out. I do have additional questions about specific vm's, but they can wait until i can sort out the basics, any help appreciated. Thanks. Dave.
