[Blind-sysadmins] HIPPA, high trust, and accessibility

Hi all: I may be moving jobs soon, a Windows systems engineer at a regional health care provider. My current environment is unregulated, so the only security practices we follow, for better or worse, are our own. Obviously since this new environment would be a health care provider, they have HIPPA and high trust and other compliance things to worry about. My question to you, has this posed any accessibility challenges and how did you work around them, AKA making adaptive technology work in such a restricted environment?
