[Blind-sysadmins] Dell PE 840 Win 2008r2 install woes

Hi all, I am trying to install Win 2k8 R2 on a Dell PE 840. I had a sighted helper run through the Dell setup disk but then it asks for Disk 1. If I put in the Win 2k8 DVD it spits it out and says it is the wrong disk. I have been told there may be a specific Cd or DVD that is required to be installed from Dell with the win 2k8 specific stuff before putting in the Windows DVD. Where can I get that disk? Looking at the support.dell.com site doesn't really show anything. Does anyone know what it is called, where I can get it from? Tia Frank
