[Blind-sysadmins] packaging virtual machines

Good morning list, I have a vm that was created using virtual server. Does anyone know if it is possible to package this machine up for distribution to other people. I realize that one could simply copy all of the files, but this seems rather a large bit of data. Thanks Rick
