This might be useful, though preferably not as a substitute for this mailing list. I do system administration on my own systems, but it isn't a field in which I'm seeking employment. It's valuable to have a forum in which to discuss the screen reader-accessibility of administrative tools without relating the conversation to anyone's career goals. Of course, I may well use system administration skills incidentally as part of my work, but it isn't my profession or career aspiration.
