[Blind-sysadmins] ask For IT fields?

hello my friends: sorry for this silly question, but am need answer. I'm studying in cavi CCNA and IT essential, I love to work in I-T fields very much. my question what's the percentage of blinds success in these jobs?, and how can I persuade companies in Egypt to accept me? what're the fields now I can join to make training during my study in cavi. thanks for your help. sorry again for wasting your time.
