Thanks. I found RT very basic in it's default form origionally but I was using 4.0. I'm now installing 4.2.7 or something like that so when / if that upgrade goes ok I'll make a more informed decision. While running the configure script I also decided to include support for graphs etc so maybe that will make it more visually appealing for people. -----Original Message----- From: Blind-sysadmins [mailto:blind-sysadmins-bounces@lists.hodgsonfamily.org] On Behalf Of Andrew Hodgson Sent: 08 January 2015 13:40 To: Blind sysadmins list Subject: Re: [Blind-sysadmins] Support tools. / incident tracking. Hi, We use SiteHelpdesk from www.sitehelpdesk.com at work - very basic but works ok with JFW after a little knowledge. Its not free but quite cheap. RT is good but is really hard to get working well, and does have a learning curve to set it up. There is also OTRS which is slightly easier but I haven't used it in years. Hello, I quite urgently need your suggestions for the most accessible and most affordable support tracking tool that you have used and / or set up. Autotask has become completely inaccessible. I really cant manage people with this tool because I have lost all access to the dash boards. I can look at my work. But I cant see what anyone else is doing. _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins _______________________________________________ Blind-sysadmins mailing list Blind-sysadmins@lists.hodgsonfamily.org https://lists.hodgsonfamily.org/listinfo/blind-sysadmins
