Julian, My name is Greg. I think a game you might want to review is "Terraformers" it is playable by both sighted and non-sighted users. For sighted users there are graphics or for non sighted users the graphics can be turned off to lessen the game's use of CPU power but for me the game played fine in either mode. In this game a lot of the items that had to be tracked in inventory were handle by a "artificial intelligence" that is built into the game player's suit.
