[Blind-sysadmins] Urgent help needed with SQL 2008R2 database locking.

Hello, I really urgently need a way of finding out if there are locks and what are causing them in SQL 2008R2. The resource viewer or what ever it's called is really not accessible enough to get this information. Thanks
