I've got the NOD32 enterprise edition on our 2003 server and I can get
through it with Window-eyes about 80%. I'm not completely happy with the
remote admin console. I can setup the configurations and push installs
just fine, but have some accessible issues with scans from the server and
reports. I typically Have to go to a work station for running a scan and
viewing the report. I also have to use their 2.7 client software because 3.
0 is far less accessible.
I think when our next renewal period approaches, I'll take a close look at
Sophos. Andrew, could you pass on any web or phone contact info on this
product?

Has anyone found an accessible server based antivirus package? I tried avg internet security sbs edition as a demo. the admin console seems to be a nice package, but it crashes when attempting to access it with any version of jaws. it comes back with a really helpful message, "something really bad happened" contacting the vender just got me a form email saying they are working on the problem. I also tried windoweyes which doesn't have the crashing problem, but it would require scripts or set files to work properly which I am not qualified to develop. I am not impressed by symantec for a number of reasons. any other packages that I should look at? I want to be able to manage it from a server, pushing out virus deffinitions to clients, perform scans on clients from the server, and view the resulting reports.
