[Blind-sysadmins] Windows Subsystem for Linux 1609 - copy/paste in the terminal

How can we copy/paste text from/to the terminal (Bash on Ubuntu on Windows) under Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709? Under JAWS 2018, the terminal now appears as a text area, which is fine, but even with the Touch Cursor, I can't find a button to activate the menu that provides the copy/paste functions. I suppose I could use the JAWS Virtualize Window command to enable copying text, but not for pasting the contents of the clipboard.
