[Blind-sysadmins] Has anyone tried an Android-based VOIP phone of any kind?

Hi all, I'm asking this more out of curiosity than anything else, but since I already have Ubiquiti on the router and wireless access point, if I ever wanted a VOIP line for my apartment(and I'm probably just crazy enough to consider it), I'd probably go for one of their VOIP phones which run Android. Has anyone had experience with either these or some other android flavor? I'd think they contain the same accessibility features as cell phones? Thanks for any feedback.
