[Blind-sysadmins] JAWS and Outlook very sluggish

Hi, Is anyone else encountering sluggishness with jaws when using office 365 Outlook 2016 desktop version? Two jaws users both noticed the same thing in my organization. Outlook moves a little bit better with nvda but not much. I have disabled add-ins for Skype for business, and Zoom video conferencing, but this is not helped. It takes about 4 seconds to open a message before jaws can begin reading it. Delays are also encountered when changing folders and browsing for files for attachments. I'm wondering if this is a screen reader issue or Office 365. Thanks. ###
