Frank, You will need to get the number for Prometric special conditions. By calling them, you can get set up with a reader and double the time. A little paperwork is involved but you will only need to do it one time. Once the paper work is done, you will call the Special conditions group at Prometric to schedule exams. This is how I handled my MCSE. You can call the regular Prometric exam number to get to the special conditions group. Greg L.
