Hi, I usually go with a C-media USB soundcard, they work without drivers most of the time on Windows Server 2003 (not sure about Windows Server 2008), and you need a USB soundcard if you are using many servers, plus in most there aren't a lot of expansion slots, you need those for SCSI cards etc. Thanks.
