[Blind-sysadmins] Your thoughts on Cortana from an accessibility and administrative standpoint?

Hey all, I'm trying to set up Cortana on my Wwindows 10 laptop (though he kind of needs a reinstall anyway,, I think), and I've heard different things from a security (though most of it comes from a contact of mine who is rather forward and senseless sometimes in his convictions) standpoint, but I'm curious from an accessibility standpoint how folks have gotten preferences in Cortana set up? In other words, how you have been able to get the information from her that you are actually interested in rather than her defaults? Thanks. Are there any special keystrokes for the new Windows 10 start menu that I'm not understanding that is making this more difficult?
