I'd use the standard windows Narator.
With the option selected to bring remote sound to this computer you'll
hear the speech from that machine.
but I have to admit, I rather install JFW onto the other machine remotely
if it's a problem that's going to take some time to resolve.

Hello,
Those of you that use remote desktop, have you ever
encountered an
issue, where your on a host that does have jfw, but a sighted machine has
an
issue, and they don't have jfw on it? In that case, how do you resolve the
issue?
