Hello, I'm sorry. This is off topic but If there's a bunch of people who might be able to answer this it's you. I'm looking for a SDR, Software Defined Radio that is fully accessible. Well, as fully accessible as needed for most tasks anyway. Price range is about 3000 Euro. Don't want to go above that though. I'd like it to support 70c, 2m, 4m, and standard HF bands, 18m, 21m etc. Decent output would be reat as well. About 50w on 2m and at least 100w on HF. I primarily use windows but if the UI is more accessible in Linux that's fine too. Connection over Cat5 would be preferable. Alternatively, if you know of a SDR that's less than 3000 that could be made fully accessible to either Jaws or NVDA through scripting, I would be interested / happy to pay a scripter to do this.
