FSClient (https://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/FSClient) advertises its accessibility support directly on the wiki page. It uses Microsoft's User Interface Automation (UIA). It should support the Opus codec, as the underlying FreeSWITCH system does. Unfortunately, it lacks acoustic echo cancellation, so you'll need to use headphones with it. I don't know whether it is under active maintenance.
